What is the Zohar?
The Zohar is a central text of Jewish Kabbalah, exploring mystical readings of Torah, creation, divine attributes and the relationship between the seen and unseen. Aramaic is intimately associated with its literary voice and tradition.
From tradition to historical scholarship
Traditional Jewish accounts connect the Zohar with Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai and his circle. Modern academic researchers study its textual emergence and circulation in late thirteenth-century Spain, including the role of Moses de León. Both perspectives should be identified accurately rather than collapsed into one historical assertion.
The rose among thorns
The Zohar begins with an interpretation of the rose from Song of Songs. Thirteen petals express mercy, while red and white convey judgment and compassion. This gives us a compelling poetic language about hope during difficult moments.

The maker describes nano-inscription of the complete 23-volume Aramaic text on silicon inside the pendant. Wearing jewelry is different from reading or studying a sacred text. We present the piece as a personal expression of heritage, love, reflection and faith — not a guarantee of spiritual or physical outcomes.
Questions about sacred text and halacha?
Specific issues involving divine names, enclosure, microscopic lettering and bathroom entry depend on the physical construction and the authority being consulted. We do not claim blanket halachic certification. A qualified rabbinic authority should review the actual chip and enclosure.
