The merchant’s general Terms page also includes no-refund wording, so confirm which conditions apply to your purchase.
The merchant’s return page describes 30-day reporting for defective or damaged products and directs customers to request a return label by email. Replacements are described for damaged or incorrect items; the merchant decides eligibility.
The official storefront FAQ currently describes in-stock Black Silicone and Silver necklaces as typically fulfilled within 1–2 business days; unavailable handmade pieces, particularly gold, may require 1–3 weeks.
